WOW! is all I can say. I had tile that had not been cleaned since the house was built. Plus the grout had never been sealed & it had been originally white. Eleven years, two kids, two dogs and a cat later I actually did not think it could be cleaned to the original color. All I can say is that I am amazed at the job that Jackie did. He got the tile looking like new!! Jackie was on time and gave me a price before he started cleaning. He didn’t try to oversell stuff I did not need. His price was very reasonable for all the work that he did.
He did a fantastic job of making my carpets look like new. He was professional and courteous. Just what you want when someone comes to your home but seldom ever get. I plan on having him back to do some additional work for me in the near future I also plan on giving his name and number to all my friends and co-workers. I just can’t believe how great everything turned out. If you live in the Jacksonville area, do not hesitate to call Jackie. He is awesome!!!

The rugs and leather furniture look great. I have 2 antique chairs they cleaned as best they could and, other a couple of areas, they look good. They had to be very gentle with these 2 pieces because they are covered in a silk material. The tile grout is remarkable. They worked really h****** this to get it clean. The areas came out beautifully. A few darker areas here and there but, in contrast to what it did look like before cleaning (scrubbing!), we are thrilled with the difference. Two very professional and congenial employees worked really hard and long. I will definitely use this company again.

I am writing to recommend the ABSOLUTE BEST carpet cleaning company I have found in Jacksonville. The company is A&C Carpet Cleaning and Restoration and the owner is Travis Pepperkorn. He came to my house yesterday and cleaned the carpet, leaving it virtually spotless. He cleaned baseboards, all spaces where carpet ended at walls, removed all dog hair and made the carpet look cleaner than I have ever seen it. He uses a steam-clean truck system and leaves NO water residue on the non-carpet surfaces. Unlike the other steam cleaners who leave so much moisture in the carpet that it takes a day or two to dry, his equipment dries ordinary carpet in four-five hours and Berber like mine in eight hours. I was so pleased with the results of the cleaning that I’m notifying everyone I have on my email list.
