This company is great.

Two people arrived at the house on time and with all the equipment needed to clean the carpets. They immediately proceeded to clean 3 rooms of carpets and a staircase that were in poor codition. We had several stains, some of them so bad that I was ready to replace the carpets. They were able to take all the stains out. I don’t know how they did it, but they did an incredible job. They took out stains that I never thought they would be able to do. After A & C cleaned the carpets, I no longer think that I will need to replace them. As a matter of fact, we are getting ready to call them back to clean the fabric of the dining room chairs and of the living room sofa. A & C has my vote for a great and friendly service.

Our carpets were still dirty despite a cleaning from a different service.

Jackie arrived on time, was polite & very knowledgeable. Majority of spots left by previous service were able to be removed. He was in & out in no time & left no mess behind, unlike the previous service we used. He was also kind enough to leave behind a complimentary bottle of spot remover for us. We will definitely be using A&C again in the future!

Tile and Grout Cleaning: Recently moved into a 6 year old home near that did not appear to have ever cleaned their tile- The grout’s original color was beige- but appeared black from years of neglect. I puchased one of those expensive steam cleaners that was known to clean tile grout- well- you guessed it- did only a fair job- I was on my hands and knees with scrubbing with grout cleaner and got good results but was too labor intensive. Decided to use AList to find a good company as we were new to the area. A&C were great- punctual- called me in advance to remind me, about $120.00 cheaper than 1 other estimate that I had. They worked hard- very knowledgable – moved all my stuff- sealed the grout and told me no to mop with anything other than Fabuloso or vinager and water. I probably would have used a much harsher chemical or maybe vene my new steam cleaner which would have stripped the sealer away. BLUF- great company- great service- great price! Highy recommend! BTW they called a week later to check-up to see if I was happy with their work.

When I called the company to schedule service, the young lady had a crew in my area and said they could do the job that day.
They called ahead, gave me a time and arrived promptly on time. Very accommadating.
The young men(Jackie and Mitchell) were very professional, presented me with an estimate and cleaned my tile & grout. I have had 2 other companies clean my tile in the past, with bad results. I was skeptical.
Jackie and Mitchell cleaned and sealed the grout.(442sq.ft.) beige tile with cream grout, very dirty with 2 dogs,etc. The men went above and beyond paying attention to detail in areas very stained. When wet the grout looks dark, the men were so concerned that it would not come clean.
After 8 hours of drying time, the tile and grout look as good as the day we purchsed the home, 10 years ago. I highly recommend this company and plan to have them back for other services.
They were neat, clean, no messes left for me to tend to. Don’t hesitate-GREAT SERVICE.

WOW! is all I can say. I had tile that had not been cleaned since the house was built.

WOW! is all I can say. I had tile that had not been cleaned since the house was built. Plus the grout had never been sealed & it had been originally white. Eleven years, two kids, two dogs and a cat later I actually did not think it could be cleaned to the original color. All I can say is that I am amazed at the job that Jackie did. He got the tile looking like new!! Jackie was on time and gave me a price before he started cleaning. He didn’t try to oversell stuff I did not need. His price was very reasonable for all the work that he did.

He did a fantastic job of making my carpets look like new. He was professional and courteous. Just what you want when someone comes to your home but seldom ever get. I plan on having him back to do some additional work for me in the near future I also plan on giving his name and number to all my friends and co-workers. I just can’t believe how great everything turned out. If you live in the Jacksonville area, do not hesitate to call Jackie. He is awesome!!!

I was so pleased with the results of the cleaning that I’m notifying everyone I have on my email list.

I am writing to recommend the ABSOLUTE BEST carpet cleaning company I have found in Jacksonville. The company is A&C Carpet Cleaning and Restoration and the owner is Travis Pepperkorn. He came to my house yesterday and cleaned the carpet, leaving it virtually spotless. He cleaned baseboards, all spaces where carpet ended at walls, removed all dog hair and made the carpet look cleaner than I have ever seen it. He uses a steam-clean truck system and leaves NO water residue on the non-carpet surfaces. Unlike the other steam cleaners who leave so much moisture in the carpet that it takes a day or two to dry, his equipment dries ordinary carpet in four-five hours and Berber like mine in eight hours. The technician was very professional and courteous. He showed me the problem areas prior to treatment. It took a long time to dry because of the amount of product applied, but the technician made me aware of that and was willing to come back with fans or remove the rug to the garage, whatever I needed. Travis was very professional on the phone and in person. He explained the carpet cleaning process to me and was happy to send someone out to do an estimate. JD arrived to look at the carpet and was very knowledgeable about the products and procedures to be used. The people- and pet-friendly products impressed me. A tear in the rug was repaired within a few days when Brian, an expert at carpet repair stopped by. He and Travis were very knowledgeable about products to reduce pet odor and methods to keep rugs in optimum condition. Due to renters who did not clean, the rugs were disgusting.
